Refund policy
FLORESCA AE — RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY

This Policy applies to all orders placed with Floresca AE (“we,” “us,” “our”), whether purchased online, via direct messaging, or through authorized sales channels. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. CANCELLATIONS
- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of confirmation for a full refund.
- Cancellations for prepaid orders after 12 hours but before dispatch will incur an AED 10 administrative fee.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are non-cancellable once dispatched. Refusal to accept delivery may result in suspension of future COD privileges.
- Customised items, pre-orders, and sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be cancelled.
2. RETURNS
- Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.
- Products must be returned in unworn, unused condition with all original packaging, and tags intact.
- Return requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
- For hygiene and quality reasons, earrings, personalised items, and sale/clearance pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
3. REFUNDS
- Approved prepaid cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
- Approved returns will be refunded within 7–10 working days after inspection of the returned item.
- Refunds may exclude original shipping fees and administrative charges where applicable.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions, payment processors, or currency conversion times.
4. HOW TO REQUEST

Please provide your Order Number, Full Name, and supporting photos (if applicable).
5. RIGHT TO REFUSE
We reserve the right to reject a request if:
- It is outside the stated timeframes.
- The item has been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.
-The product falls under the Non-Cancellable or Non-Returnable categories.
6. AMENDMENTS
We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on our website and apply immediately upon publication.
